Welcome to the new Show Guide! Ertel Publishing will no longer create an annual, stand-alone Show Guide magazine. After much feedback from our subscribers, we have decided to list upcoming show announcements in each issue of Vintage Truck magazine. We found that we had to leave out many events because dates could not always be verified by organizers in time to make our annual print deadline. By creating a Show Guide section in each bimonthly issue of our magazine, we can keep you up-to-date on the event calendar year-round.

Here is what you need to know to get your FREE Show Guide listing.
Organizers receive ONE FREE LISTING PER EVENT, per calendar year. You must tell us in which magazine issue you want your show’s free listing to run. Listings will not be taken over the phone.
You can list your event in multiple issues for the price of $15 per additional issue.

To submit your free event, fill out the form below and click submit. Any information that you provide may be used in print. We reserve the right to edit for space or style. NOTE: Please do not enter your information in all capital letters. Anything submitted in ALL CAPS will not process properly and could be rejected by the computer. To be eligible for a free Show Guide entry, it must include at least one form of contact information. This can be in the form of a phone number, email address, Facebook page, or website.
