truck history

I have a 1962 Willys that I bought in the U.P. of Michigan where I lived at that time. I bought it on Drummond Island where the roads were never very good and not fast. My sense is that it has been there for most of it's life as Willys were very popular in that area at that time and were well suited to local conditions. How do I find out the registration history of the truck?
