The 1969 Austin 8cwt that appears in the September/October 2012 issue of Vintage Truck magazine is owned by Kenny May of Penhook, Virginia, who found the truck while visiting his native United Kingdom. Morris Minors was folded into the British Leyland Motor Co. in the late 1960s, and it was decided that all sedans from that point on would carry the Morris badge, and all commercial vehicles would sport the Austin badge – until production ceased in 1971. … Read the rest of the story…
